Trait That Set Me Apart.

One trait that set me apart from others is my patience. I enjoy taking my time efficiently to start and complete a task. My patience has allowed me to learn more about people and business processes. This skill has been very beneficial during college and I feel will be even more important in my career growth.  The skill of being patient allows me to look outside of the box and avoid costly mistakes. Patience is a virtue. 

Single Most Important Factor in Successful Communication

Delivering a clear and effective message is very important in life.  In all industries and in our personal lives communication is inevitable so to ensure things go as plan, relationships grow, items move from point A to point B we must communicate and we most do it clearly.  Without clarity the true message is lost and things don't go as planned, relationships fall apart, and progress is immobilized.  A clear message is undoubtedly the most important element of effective communication.
